From our inception in 1970 our focus has been the design, manufacture and distribution of innovative battery solutions. Our battery products are used worldwide for a broad range of electronic and industrial applications, our key markets include life safety, medical, utilities and infrastructure, Powersports and industrial automation.
We are constantly developing new products to set the pace within a rapidly changing industry. The continuous improvement of our engineering processes allows us to develop products with better value and superior performance. The capability to provide our customers with reliable and economical products is the cornerstone of our business.
We employ over 1,000 people worldwide with our corporate headquarters in the USA with major operations in UK, France, Mexico and The Netherlands. We also have an impressive national and internationaldistribution network ensuring coverage worldwide.

Our range of batteries are designed and manufactured using the latest
technology and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure that they meet the
unique demands of each application. Our range includes sealed lead acid (SLA) and lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technologies, chargers and related accessories.

Battery Solutions Division
Concise LLC is a vertically integrated, technology-focused provider of high-quality precision metal parts. Our diverse technology and superior engineering capabilities serve a client base in a wide range of industries including medical equipment, transportation assemblies and construction equipment.
We have the capability to produce any precision metal needs and provide complete systems and assembly services. It is our quality workmanship that has gained our respected position in the industry and our goal is to continue to combine high customer satisfaction and service with outstanding quality.
Precision Metal Fabrication Division
The focus of this division of APus is the design and manufacture of high quality molded plastic components. Today we supply a wide range of molded products, many of which are custom manufactured to fulfil the most exacting OEM standards.
We are a responsive solutions provider of design and engineering, tooling, production and value-added operations. From design, tooling and molding, to assembly and distribution, our rigorous quality control procedures are implemented throughout the manufacturing process, in order to maximise and maintain customer satisfaction.
Custom Injection Molding Division
At EVESCO, we help businesses deploy scalable, fast electric vehicle charging solutions that free them from the constraints of the electric grid through innovative energy storage. We combine proven battery and power conversion technology with intelligent energy management and the latest fast charging capabilities to provide EV charging solutions that deliver more power, lower energy costs, optimize energy usage and increase grid resilience.

In November 2017 APus announced that it has been acquired by Blackbird Group LLC. Blackbird, formed in 2008, is led by a team of senior operating executives with a long history of acquiring companies, managing them proactively, and driving long-term capital growth. Blackbird’s acquisition of APus was supported by a one-stop financing provided by Prudential Capital Group.
